Days 9/30 of My Nutritional Cleanse

7:00 a.m. alarm

8:30 a.m. Ionix Supreme & strawberry shake

11:30 a.m. snack

I ate my classic DIY trail mix of almonds, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.

12:30 p.m. vanilla shake

8:00 p.m. dinner

I cooked dinner for my little! So I went all out with veggies and goodness –also to use my vegetables before they went bad.

Here is da feast I prepared:


  • Chicken breast
  • Brown rice
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Squash and onions

I was so full after eating, wow. Eating clean this past week has definitely taught me that there are many healthier alternatives to the foods I usually eat – so that’s pretty cool.

I did not get the chance to work out today. I had a midterm and just life, you know?

Getting prepped for tomorrow, the first of two reeeeal cleanses this week.
