7:30 a.m. alarm
8:15 a.m. Ionix Supreme & morning run
Laced up my Nikes, did a little stretch in my driveway and was on my merry way. I always contemplate staying in bed a little longer, but I never regret going on my Monday morning run. I feel so much more energized and ready to take on the day when I get my booty out of bed.
I did my usual trek around the circle and I improved my time this week. It’s now 9:47, compared to 11:02 last week.
9:00 a.m. vanilla shake
12:30 p.m. IsaLean Bar in the flavor “nutty caramel cashew”
7:30 p.m. dinner
Here’s what I made
- Pan-seared scallops
- Steamed spinach
- Roasted brussel sprouts
YAS! So tasty and very filling. Who ever said brussel sprouts aren’t good? I drizzled a little bit of balsamic vinegar on the brussel sprouts while they were still in the oven to add more flavor to it.
11:00 p.m. avocado toast and strawberries
I decided to make myself a snack once I got home so I wasn’t hangry before bed. I also figured I would spare you a picture, since you’ve seen pics of my strawberries and avocado toast before.
