9:30 a.m. (my alarm did not go off!!!)
Luckily, I made it to work in time.
9:45 a.m. Ionix Supreme & strawberry shake
12:30 p.m. vanilla shake
2:00 p.m. workout
4:30 p.m. snack
I wanted a little frozen treat, so I blended up some frozen strawberries, some almond-coconut-soy milk and chia seeds. I topped it off with some granola. It was refreshing. My strawberries didn’t blend exactly how I wanted, but it was still tasty.
5:45 p.m. attempt at dinner
Okay, so, dinner did not go as planned today. I thawed out my salmon a little too late, but I figured it would still cook OK. I put it on some aluminum foil and popped it into my oven at 350 degrees. I went upstairs to start on my makeup – and five minutes later, I walk downstairs to a very smoky living room. I opened the oven and the salmon was BLACK, smoke was everywhere and the oven was burning.
Not to mention, I was home alone. I started freaking out, opening all the windows, praying the smoke alarm wouldn’t go off –but it did. It was blaring and my salmon was not edible and turned out like this.
So instead, here’s what I made without the salmon:
- Avocado toast
- Sweet potatoes
No workout for me today, I was on a boat.
