7:30 a.m. alarm
8:15 a.m. Ionix supreme & vanilla shake
I take a shot of Ionix Supreme at the start of every morning to help balance my hormones.
I really appreciated the convenience of being able to drink a shake for breakfast this morning. I had one of those ‘Oh-no-not-the-goddamn-alarm’ mornings. So I was happy to have a yummy shake in hand as I speed-walked to my dreaded 8:30 a.m. class.
11:00 a.m. strawberries
12:00 p.m. strawberry shake
Once again, I was grateful for the convenience of replacing lunch with a shake. I was at a mandatory study abroad meeting that was from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., so it was much easier to make my shake and drink it without anyone taking notice, instead of taking out some Tupperware that would smell up the entire room.
4:00 p.m. – a tasty mix of almonds, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds
Ooooooh, pumpkin seeds are so good. I shopped at Sprouts with my mam and I love being able to buy dried foods by the pound (which I have learned is WAYY cheaper than buying the nicely packaged food items).
6: 30 p.m. – dinner
Thanks to my roommate, @jordynromero, my chicken was thawed out once I got home.
Here’s what I made:
- Quinoa (frozen from Trader Joe’s)
- Bean sprouts and spinach stir fry
- Diced red onions
- Chicken breast topped with avocado
- Roasted sweet potatoes
Oh, yeah. This one hit the spot. The onion and avocado really bring everything together and I LOVE QUINOA.
Also, here is what I have prepared for tomorrow’s lovely lunch with the leftovers from this dinner:
- Chicken breast
- Avocado and onion

I found this website a while back, and these gals got it goin’ on. Their daily workouts are completely free, doable and so easy to follow since they have gifs for each move. Dolphinately would recommend.
“Total Body Toning by Tone It Up” – Jordyn and I did all these moves twice.
Reverse table top kicks x 15 each leg, 30 total
Squat jacks x 30
Push up + kickback x 15 each side, 30 total
Plank row x 15 each side, 30 total
Switch jumps x 15 each side, 30 total
ARM x ABS workout . (Also not entirely sure if I got these names right at all?)
I’m hoping to make some cool gifs eventually of some of my favorite workouts, so let me know if you have any ideas!
Overhead tricep extensions x 20
Modified dumbbell flys to work rear-deltoids x 20
Trampoline crunches x 50
Kettlebell squats x 40
Step-ups x 50
8 minute cardio on bicycle at level 8 (1.82 miles)
