7:30 a.m. – alarm
7:45 a.m. – Ionix Supreme, morning run (today’s time was 11:02)
Gots a good stretch in, popped my earbuds in and started jogging down my street. I’ve figured out that running in the circle is oddly refreshing and really motivating. I think it’s a little over a mile. I’ll keep you posted.
9:15 a.m. – vanilla shake
The vanilla flavor is SOO good, actually. Kind of thick, but very satisfying. I’m kind of sad it’s over by the last sip.
9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. – internship
My internship doesn’t have a lunch break, so I was definitely worried I was going to be hungry before I could get my second shake in, but it wasn’t that bad.
2:15 p.m. strawberry shake
The strawberry shake is a bit artificial tasting, but I’m glad I can switch between vanilla and strawberry.
2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – class and meetings
6:30 p.m. IsaLean bar, chocolate peanut butter flavor
This bar is the right ratio of chocolate to peanut butter and has a nice texture that’s not too overly chewy.
7:10 p.m. dinner
I didn’t have any of my proteins thawed out, so I veggie’d it out.
- oven-roasted rosemary sweet potatoes
- Ezekiel avocado toast with a runny egg
- A spinach, bean sprouts and snow peas stir-fry.
I’ve never had eggs for dinner, but I was into it.
