Why I’m Going on a 30 Day Nutritional Cleanse


“At first they’ll ask you why you’re doing it, then they’ll ask how you did it.”

So, I am going on a 30-day cleanse. Not a juice cleanse, not a stop-eating-everything-diet-til-you-die cleanse, I am going on a nutritional cleanse. No drinking, no smoking, #healthyvibesonly. I’ll get into the deets in another post.

“Ew, I could never.”

“Why, Leah, aren’t you already in shape??”

“You’re gonna be miserable.”

Yeah, trust me, I was skeptical too. Still am, to be honest. But that’s okay, all those blog posts from Entrepreneur that now show up as suggested (since Facebook is creepy and knows what I like to read) always have some quote about how you should be doing something that scares you. So maybe I should listen to those articles??

But, really. I’ve been having a lot of blah days and I decided it was time to take the matter into my own hands.

Rather than focusing on trying to do the million things that I always think I should be doing at any given moment, I decided it was time to focus on me and push myself a little bit.

So here I am, blogging about this 30 day challenge because I’m scared I won’t stick to it.

Which is where youuuuu come in. I figure if I blog about it everyday, post about it on my social media accounts, somebody is going to keep me accountable right?

Yes, and also I want to be completely honest about this whole thing in case I feel super-duper-freaking awesome and want to conquer the world after so that I can help other people do the same.
